Everyone is familiar with the easy & success of planninga Dine & Donate at a local restaurant. Take that concept to the next level and reach a larger audience withthis new LOCAL fundraising option from Delivery Dudes: “Delivery &Donate!” That’s right, now yoursupporters all over Berks County can support your organization right from theirhome, office, and even their couch!
How does it work?
Delivery Dudes gives your organization a uniqueFundraising Code.
Your organization uses a combination of SocialMedia, Eblasts, text messages, flyers, and even posters to promote yourFundraising Code. Every time your codeis used within a specific time frame, your organization will receive apercentage of the order.
When your campaign is over, you email Zach for alist of orders & total amount fund raised and provide Zach with a mailingaddress for your donation check.
We suggest you send a thank you email toeveryone who ordered during your fundraising campaign to thank them personally– but that is up to you! Email heather@doitlocalfundraising.comif you would like a sample thank you email to use!

Can a single supporter use my organizationsFundraising Code more than once? YES– the same person can order every day, three times a day if they’d like! No limits.
How do I register my organization withDelivery Dudes? It’s easy – email Zach zach@deliverydudes.com.
How long does it take to get set up? We recommend that you give yourself 1-2months for Zach to set your code up & to prepare a marketing plan (eblastplan, social media plan, etc to promote your code). However, you can request a quick turn aroundwhen you reach out to Zach in your initial email.
